Accident

There is another blog also called janesnewsnotes at bbw@gmail.com, sometimes it posts there although there are only two tiny posts.

I need more days in Sonoma.

Had a tiny bump in stop and go traffic in Oakland, The estimate includes replacing the whole bumper?? hood? side? door? paint?
1,800. of my car, I have 25.000, in collision, and 100,000 in bodily injury. The second car was covered by Farmer's and the first a Jeep in claiming an injury. The car is in the repair shop and the tiny parts and repair will take between 4-5 business days.
This is spring break/Easter week so I have it off.
I returned the book Freedom after Sonoma, 2 days late. I read all of 1.5 pgs., of it there. I read Marilyn's Vanity Fair.
Now I'm in Sonoma Mission Inn withdrawal. I want more time there. I have a spa day to use. I want repeated time in the sauna, the steam room without the eucalyptus. Time in the meditation room in front of the fire with water and oranges and grapefruit to snack on, even almonds for protein,
I ended up giving all but my one piece of my Easter strata away. One to Kurt, another to Diana, 3 to feed the gardener's lunch and 2 more as well. I cooked they beet tips as well and oranges for dessert. Just as well, even with the whole wheat bread base, I prefer the majority to be veggie.
Today I am making a cauliflower souffle. With eggs on sale I can use that or spinach or broccoli. It's been a long time since I made one. I'll have some asparagus first. Fresh "grass" as they call it, at the farmer's market was 3. I'm fininhing an old bundle and finally cooking the new one. When I was in New Mexico in the mountains near Los Alamos, someone there in a tiny spa town asked me if I ever had wold asparagus. I hadn't and she leaned over and picked me a spear thinner than a pencil, like several pieces of led. It was delicious and that was in June.
When diving, I once had a raw scallop from the ocean also wonderful.
I borrowed the gardner's car to go to the library. It's about 3 miles away. I was going to walk. I need to work out ay least 2 hrs. a day. U want my bike fixed. I need new tures. I was expecting my one book, Freedom again, but it wasn't there so I got 4 others. One I like a lot is a follow up on Eat This Not That called Cook This Not That. It says to cook spinach, mushrooms, onion with egg and roll in a w wheat tortilla or taco shell w jack cheese and salsa/ pico de gallo for breakfast to avoid fast food. Cool book. I want both of them.

I am also looking for the Dukan Diet. There is also another the 17 day one made w things like oatmeal bars w stuff I'm still looking for, agave, whey powder and this sugar substitute, I got a clone of that. It takes time and effort. Marilyn says the health food has a lot of it. A lot is available on line but with shipping the prices go up.

I want to get some red worms and restart my vermiculture bin and recycle kitchen wastes to compost.

I can't believe how many lemons I'ne pulled off the tree and how much lemon tree still needs to be cut away from the orange one. I'll take more lemons to Caro, but in addition to the huge basket and bowl that I have, may take some to 2nd Harvest food pantry. They are selling is the store for 49 a lb. and at the farmers market 4 for 1.00.

There is a petition/measure on the ballot to ban circumcisions?! Hope it does not pass.I know for some it is a religious issue, some cosmetic and some a matter if cost. Some are saying it is genital mutilation. I don't see it that way. I prefer it. They say it should be up the the penis owner at 18, not the parent. They say it is horribly painful. I wouldn't know.
